How many people can stay?
The villa includes a 300 m² riad and 4 independent 60 m² suites. Ideal capacity: 16 people. We can accommodate more children on request.
Do the suites have a view?
Yes. Each suite has its own private terrace with clear views of the Atlas.
Is there a television?
No, intentionally. The villa is designed for disconnection. A 4K projector is available for movie nights.
Does the villa have neighbors in view?
None. The property offers total privacy on one hectare of private gardens.
Is there fiber internet?
Yes, high-speed fiber available throughout the estate.
Amenities
Is the pool heated?
Yes, on request. Dimensions: 21m x 4.5m, depth 1.50m. Supplement 90€/day.
Is the pool private?
Yes. It is exclusively reserved for estate guests.
What sports equipment is available?
Padel court, pétanque, ping-pong, small football pitch (Five type), fully equipped gym (Pilates Reformer, rowing machine, weights, boxing bag...), heated pool, sauna.
Is there a sauna?
Yes, a private sauna is at your disposal.
What products come from the estate?
Depending on season: olive oil (80 olive trees), dates (30 date palms), fruits, garden vegetables, organic eggs (50 hens), honey (8 hives). All products depend on natural harvest cycles.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, it is included in every stay.
Do you offer full board?
We don't offer a fixed full board formula. However, our cooks can prepare authentic, varied Moroccan menus daily. Please share any allergies and special dietary requirements so we can adapt the preparations accordingly. ~35€/per person and per meal.
Can we have a private chef?
Yes, on request. A personalized quote will be provided.
Can you arrange airport transfer?
Yes, via our concierge (additional service). We arrange round-trip transfers between the airport and the villa so your stay begins in comfort. For full-day bookings, please give us at least one week's notice.
Is cleaning included?
Yes.
Booking
How to book?
You can book via our contact form, WhatsApp, or Airbnb. A confirmation is sent upon validation.
What is the minimum stay?
High season: 7 nights minimum. Off-season: shorter stays possible depending on availability.
Are rates negotiable?
No. Displayed rates are fixed, especially during high season (Christmas, New Year, holidays). We apply a transparent policy consistent with the estate's services.
How far from the airport?
25 minutes from Marrakech airport.
